- QWhat are the business hours of administrative office?
  - ADuring Semester ⇨ 09:00~17:30, During Vacation ⇨ 10:00~16:00
- QWhat are the business hours of management office?
  - A24 hours
- QWhen can I apply for a roommate?
  - AAfter a regular appliance, acceptance students can apply on the website.
- QWhat are the curfew of the dormitory?
  - ATime that door open ⇨ 05:00 / Closing time ⇨ 01:00 of the overnight
- QHow can I get a cash receipt?
  - A1st Semester Jun(Be Expected) / 2nd Semester Dec(Be Expected) ⇨ Will be announced on the website.
- QHow can I pay dormitory fee?
  - APayment must be made by the date specified in your virtual account on the dormitory’s website.
- QIs it possible eating any food in individual room or lounge?
  - ANo. You must use a public kitchen for food ingestion.
- QWhere can I get the medical examination (tuberculosis)?
  - AAt public health center or general hospital. It must include Chest X-rays.
- QIs it possible to change duration of residence? (semester to year)
  - AYou can’t change your duration of residence.
- QIs it possible to do early entry?
  - AIt’s not possible because of facility maintenance and cleaning.
- QIs wireless Wi-Fi available?
  - AA wired and wireless router is installed inside of individual room.
- QHow to reset wireless Wi-Fi password?
  - AThere is a reset button on router. Press it for seconds.
- QHow to reset closet’s password?
  - ARefer a guidebook and if it doesn’t work, visit management office.
- QHow can I put out the trash and recycle it?
  - AYou must take it to recycling area of B3 floor of apartment A.
- QWhen will be room inspection?
  - ARoom inspection will be held once or twice a month. It will start from 22:00 and the date will be announced on the website.
- QWhere can I find a regulation of dormitory?
  - AVisit the website to check a guidebook.
- QHow does the fire drill work?
  - AIt will be held twice a year, the date and time will be announced on the website.
- QIs the seminar room exclusively for those who live in dormitory?
  - AThe seminar room and public facilities are exclusively for those who live in dormitory.
- QHow can I check virus and a high fever?
  - AA thermal imaging camera is equipped at the lobby. → Hand washer, bath cleaner are furnished to prevent.
